Access and use
Access to the website is free of charge, apart from each user's own internet connection costs. Simply visiting the website does not create any commercial relationship with Yoga Sopa Poblenou.
The content of the website is for information only. Schedules, prices, teachers and activities may change; the booking calendar always shows the current information.
Users agree not to use the website or its content to:
- spread content that is criminal, violent, discriminatory, offensive or otherwise contrary to the law or public order;

What data do we process and why?
This website has no forms and no user registration. We only process personal data when:
- you contact us by phone, email or Instagram: to answer your enquiry;
- you book a class or buy a class pack or membership through the Eversports platform: to manage your bookings, payments and attendance;
- you are a student at the studio: for accounting, tax and administrative purposes.
What is the legal basis?
- Taking steps at your request before a contract, when you ask us for information.
- Performance of a contract, when you book or buy classes.
- Compliance with legal obligations under tax and commercial law.
How long do we keep your data?
For as long as our relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law:
- Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship: up to one year.
- Data relevant for tax purposes: four years.
- Business records and supporting documents: six years, under the Spanish Commercial Code.
Who do we share your data with?
We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. To provide our service we use the following providers, who only process the data on our instructions or under their own terms:
- Eversports (Eversports GmbH, Austria): booking and payment platform. When you book through Eversports, its own privacy policy and terms also apply.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): website hosting and delivery. It may process technical connection data, such as your IP address, to serve the pages and protect them from attacks.
Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
What are your rights?
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To exercise them, write to hola@yogasopapoblenou.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will let you know.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Social media
We have an Instagram profile (@yogasopapoblenou) to share our activities and stay in touch with our community. If you follow us or message us, we will process the data visible on your profile only for that purpose and only within Instagram, under its terms of use and privacy policy.
3. Cookie policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or session. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, are subject to the same rules.
Which cookies does this website use?
This website does not use its own cookies or any analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and it does not store information in your browser. Fonts are served from the website itself. That is why we do not show a cookie banner.
Third-party services:
- Eversports booking calendar: it is loaded from Eversports' servers to show the schedule. It does not set cookies when it loads on this website. If you go to the Eversports platform to book or log in, Eversports may use its own cookies under its cookie policy.
- Google Maps and Instagram: these are plain links. Only if you open them may those services set their own cookies on their own websites.
- Cloudflare, the hosting provider, may set a technical security cookie to protect the website from automated traffic. This type of cookie does not require consent.
How to manage or delete cookies
You can allow, block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or others). If you block third-party cookies, the booking calendar will still be shown, but some features of the Eversports platform may not work.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add cookies that require your consent, such as analytics cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your permission before setting them, with options to accept or reject them.
